ThistleRock Property is owned and directed by Scott and Dean, a Scottish-Northern-Irish born team, who both have a background in Civil Engineering.

With 25 years of combined Construction experience they have a proven track record of project managing the successful delivery of multidisciplinary projects over £10m+ across Client, Main Contractor and Consultant roles.

Our focus is on acquiring land and neglected commercial properties in the South-East and developing them into exceptional homes whilst delivering modern, houses in multiple occupation (HMO) properties, in the North-East.
We pride ourselves on the attention to detail and the care we take in developing high-quality, modern, and sustainable homes for our customers. Our knowledge and experience allow us to unlock significant value in complex sites, maximising returns for our investors.
